Cette journée à l’initiative de Catherine GIL, Présidente du Rotary Club de Rodez fût un moment de partage en famille regroupant les clubs service de Rodez, des Rotary clubs de l’Aveyron et de Figeac. Cette rencontre a permis d’aider au sauvetage d’un patrimoine historique : « Le Prieuré du sauvage », abbaye Grandmontain bâtie vers 1205, en péril depuis deux siècles et restaurée depuis 1995 par des bénévoles. Nous avons débuté cette journée par une marche d’environ deux heures, autour du « cirque Sauvage de Balzac » nous plongeant ainsi dans les bois et chemins ombragés, aux abords du prieuré. Au programme : une visite commentée des lieus, suivi d’un repas « paëlla » au réfectoire des moines, une conférence historique par Robert TAUSSAT sur « Le Christianisme, civilisateur du Rouergue », une exposition de peinture de Diana WINKSIELD et un temps libre aux sons des instruments anciens et de la cornemuse par Jean-Pierre RASLE. Le bénéfice de cette journée a été affecté à la restauration du patrimoine aveyronnais pour le « Prieuré du Sauvage ».

Est-ce que le docteur Vincent Delreux a-t-il encore un cabinet de neurologie ? J'étais un de ses patient avant qu'il ne parte en France, et j'aurais souhaité l'avoir a nouveau comme neurologue étant donné que je vis maintenant en France.
